TAK Center for Mental Health, located in Leominster, MA, has an opening for a full-time, 36-40 hours per week, Psychotherapist. We are seeking a clinician, with at least two years of experience, to work in conjunction with our Psychiatrist. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is dedicated to providing mental health services to a diverse population. You will be joining a recently established, rapidly growing, practice. We will provide all the infrastructure necessary to build your best practice. You will benefit from direct referrals from TCMH as well as being open to other local area patients seeking therapy services.
Your role as a Clinician in our office will include:
- Providing individual and family/conjoint therapy to both children and adults
- Developing treatment plans and goals
- Maintaining complete, accurate and timely records in our EMR, eClinical Works
- Consulting/collaborating with other professionals providing services to our clients
You must hold the highest level of Massachusetts’ licensure in appropriate discipline, Clinical psychologist or LICSW. You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

TAK Center for Mental Health, located in Leominster, Massachusetts, is currently looking for an exceptional and driven Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
TAK Center for Mental Health is a new and rapidly growing mental health practice that provides complete and comprehensive care for our patients across the lifespan, treating children/adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. We offer a warm and nurturing environment for our patients.
The Practice will provide:
- On-Site Psychiatric supervision
- Referrals from within our practice

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatment
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program; New Graduates welcome to apply!
- Current Massachusetts license registration as APRN, NP, or NP as well as eligibility for DEA and Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
